What we collect
Account and authentication identifiers; name, email and phone; delivery addresses; order and item history; payment provider references and status; shipment and invoice information; contact enquiries; and optional analytics data when you allow it.
Why we use it
To create and secure accounts, process and deliver orders, take and reconcile payments, issue tax invoices, provide support, prevent abuse, meet applicable legal duties and—only when separately chosen—send marketing messages or collect optional analytics.
Who handles it
UPFARM uses service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, email, payments, delivery and optional measurement. These currently include Vercel, Neon, Google, Resend, Cashfree, Razorpay, Delhivery when courier automation is enabled, and Google Analytics where configured.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice and to meet applicable legal, tax, accounting, security and dispute-resolution requirements. Where information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it in accordance with our retention practices. Some transaction, payment, invoice and other records may need to be retained even after an erasure request where applicable law requires us to keep them.
Your choices and rights
You can withdraw optional marketing consent, control optional analytics in this browser, request access or correction, request erasure subject to retention duties, raise a grievance, or submit a nomination request.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, scoped customer and staff routes, token hashing, webhook verification and audit records. No online service can promise absolute security.
